My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room had a slightly musty smell, possibly due to lack of fresh air, but it was still cozy and had a nice style. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for exploring the historic center of Santillana del Mar, and the dining options, although not perfect, were satisfactory. The facilities provided added to the convenience of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, while clean and with a lovely bathroom, felt somewhat disappointing and didn't quite match the property's overall image. However, being facing the internal courtyard made it very quiet, and the bed, although a bit drab and bland, was reasonably comfortable.
